Black Pepper essential oil |

Ginger essential oil |

Juniper Berry essential oil |

| Method: | |
- Add the essential oils to the carrier/vegetable oil of your choice, shake well before use.
- Warm the massage oil in your hands before rubbing firmly into the feet and lower legs.
