Muscle Conditioner Massage Oil |
 |
You don't have to be an athlete to benefit from a pre-activity aromatherapy massage. Anyone who is physically active, whether they jog, dance, cycle or perhaps have a physically demanding job, will appreciate its conditioning and performance-boosting effects. If the oil is applied immediately before exercise, it will warm and loosen muscles and joints, thus helping to prevent cramp and injury. It can also be massaged into the muscles after strenuous exercise to help lymphatic drainage (the removal of waste products that accumulate between the fibres of hard working muscles), which will also help reduce pain and stiffness.
