Herbal Salt Bodyscrub |

This invigorating herbal salt bodyscrub will deep-cleanse as well as tone your entire body. There are two options for your essential oils depending on if you use this in the morning or in the evening.

Ingredients:

| 5 Tbsps |
Sea Salt |
| 1/2 tsp |
Almond or Grapeseed Oil |
3 drops
|
Peppermint Essential Oil (Morning) or |
| 3 drops |
Lavender Essential Oil (Afternoon/Evening) |
| Method: | |
- Mix togeather sea salt and your choice of essential oil.
- Add the carrier oil, mix thoroughly then add enough water to moisten the mixture.

Apply to the body in deep massaging movements, concentrating on those 'orange peel' areas. Be gentle on more sensitive parts. Rinse off with water.
If you prefer to use this bodyscrub in the evening or afternoon then simply replace the Peppermint essential oil with Lavender essential oil and follow the same method above.
