Green Goddess Body Mask |

This creamy mixture smoothes and softens the skin.

Ingredients:

| 1 cup |
Fresh, sliced carrot root |
| 2 cups |
Fresh spinach leaves |
| 1/2 cup |
Sliced mushrooms |
| 2 cups |
Sliced zucchini |
| 1/2 cup |
Vegetable water |
| 1/2 cups |
French green clay |
| 5 drops |
Lavender essential oil |
| 5 drops |
Ylang ylang essential oil |
| Method: | |
- Combine all the vegetables and steam until soft and tender.
- Let vegetables cool completely and save 1/2 cup of their cooking water.
- Put the water and veggies in blender or food processor and process until smooth, pale green and creamy.
- Using a whisk or fork, stir in the clay and essential oils.
- When finished, spread the creamy mask all over your body using a small paintbrush.
- Let the mask sit on your skin for 10-15 mins.
- Wrap an old towel around yourself and lie down if you like.
- Rinse off body mask with a warm shower and use a rich moisturizer afterward.
- Makes approx. 10 oz. enough for 1 treatment.
