Green Goddess Body Mask

Apothacary Jar
This creamy mixture smoothes and softens the skin.

Ingredients:

1 cup Fresh, sliced carrot root
2 cups Fresh spinach leaves
1/2 cup Sliced mushrooms
2 cups Sliced zucchini
1/2 cup Vegetable water
1/2 cups French green clay
5 drops Lavender essential oil
5 drops Ylang ylang essential oil




Method: 
  1. Combine all the vegetables and steam until soft and tender.
  2. Let vegetables cool completely and save 1/2 cup of their cooking water.
  3. Put the water and veggies in blender or food processor and process until smooth, pale green and creamy.
  4. Using a whisk or fork, stir in the clay and essential oils.
  5. When finished, spread the creamy mask all over your body using a small paintbrush.
  6. Let the mask sit on your skin for 10-15 mins.
  7. Wrap an old towel around yourself and lie down if you like.
  8. Rinse off body mask with a warm shower and use a rich moisturizer afterward.
  9. Makes approx. 10 oz. enough for 1 treatment.
